Jul 3 2008, 10:08 AM EDT I like him too…..and more. I am the first one to admit that I have a silly crush on this man, or actually on the person he lets us see. He is like an insane mix of sexy masculinity and boyish charm. Could a girl ask for more? And, almost forgot, he sings pretty amazing to =) Not to start an debate, because I think that all members of yellowcard are extremely talented and unique, but I really think it would be the end of the YC- saga if Mr Key left the band… Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 24 2008, 9:53 PM EDT I've got to admit, I got a crush on Ryan too. He's just really cool - great singer, great songwriter, incredible talent and personality. . . I could go on and on. Plus, he's really nice too. I met him when Yellowcard came to Albuquerque, NM in March. I asked if I could take my picture with him, and he said, "Sure." I was shocked when he put his arm around me. I really didn't expect it. I remember standing there thinking, "Wow! I am actually standing next to Ryan Key and he's got his arm around me. How crazy is this?!" The natural shy person in me got nervous, and I kind of bolted after telling him "Thank you" for the photo. I'm still kicking myself for not getting his autograph. Darn it! I'm really hoping they come back from hyatus, so I get the opportunity to meet him again. If I do, I am definitely asking for his autograph and I'm going to tell him that I think he's an amazing singer/songwriter/guitar player. Can you believe the photo we took came out dark, so you basically just see the shadow/outline of our heads?! Geez! I can't belive it! Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 25 2008, 1:54 AM EDT haha sounds like me, only kinda the opisite. i saw him and froze up. I was the only one left in the theater in ventura and when he came up to me and my sister and my friend we were all like "Hi ryan..." in this sycronized creepy fan-girl voice. he was so cool tho and just smiled and said hi and gave us all a pat on the arm as he passed by. we stuck around long enough and he gave us all autographs and gave my sister a hug =) Do you find this valuable? |

I used to be really shy as a kid and in high school, but I've really come out of my shell since I've been working these past 10 years (thank goodness!). He really is such a nice guy. That's cool that gave you all a pat on the arm and your sister a hug. Man. I'm really hoping I get the chance to meet him again! Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 30 2008, 8:23 PM EDT yea i met him ryan mendaz an d sean at a concert i went to it was a small concert so all three bands that were playing including yellowcard were out berfore the concert lp wasnt there because it was acoustic but i got a picture with them and i got ryans autograph i am mad that i didn't get ryan m and sean autograph but i ahve been trying to upload the picture here on the sightings thing but i can't figure out how to can someone help me? Do you find this valuable? |

Jul 30 2008, 11:11 PM EDT Sorry, I wish i could but I'm not really tech-saavy. I got Ryan's and Seans autographs and got to talk to them for a bit (sean was such a cutie!) but my dad was waiting outside so we were in a hurry. I was in a wheelchair at the time so when my sister turned around too quick, she almost took mendez out! I'm sure she left a nasty bruise but he was cool with it. :) I love mendez... Do you find this valuable? |
