Jae-Jae	Confused and Sad Dec 8 2008, 11:43 PM EST Im new to this fan base stuff, and band stuff, but what does "indefinite hiatus" mean? I read that in terms of Yellowcard's status. Does that mean they have broken up cuz it would suck if my new favorite band breaks up before I can be a superfan. Life sucks.... Post reply Do you find this valuable? Keyword tags: None

A different discussion said that when Ryan had said "i don't feel its necessary to announce blah blah blah" that he meant that they are broken up. I was really lucky that I got to see their concert in Atlanta last year before their "indefinite hiatus". Maybe that's why You and Me and One Spotlight means so much to me. You see, I used to live in the Philippines, and the only way to see them was MTV and the internet. It's really sad to even think of them breaking up. I started listening to them since Ocean Avenue-- when I was barely 20 (okay, do the math, I'm an old fart.. LOL, but I still LOVE YC!) I just feel like YC is a big part of my growing up. They're super cool! I had pics taken with them, and they signed my CD. Call it cheesy, but it was a dream come true for me. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

But i think when ryan said the thing about its not necessary to announce YC breaking up, i think he was pretty much sayn that if ever there comes a time when ryan key, sean, l.p., and mendez decide that they wanna start working together as a band then they will, ryan is just simply leaving some leeway. and again just cause he said that doesnt mean that YC will come back or not. all we can do is wait and see what will happen.
